All your points are definitely valid here. I actually chose the WITHDRAWN database because it was the easiest to download and into RDKit at the time but figured it might have something interesting there if I can find patterns with the database (mostly as a learning exercise).

Yeah, more variety of data on the clinical trials we can start making perhaps some correlations, I remember only starting to search the internet for any public data in relation to the drugs but don’t remember my findings. Let me get back to you on this, now I’m thinking about a part 2…..
