Ph.D. Blog: What I Buy and Plan to Cook when I go Grocery Shopping For the Week
Food is the most important thing to me when I study or exercise. Without it I won’t be able to function. It is also important as someone that wants kids that I can cook things consistently that have some variety of flavour. To keep up with the workload I need keep fuel running in my body to keep performing. So here is what I eat:
Breakfast:
