This question was an odd one that seems to be fairly common in women or at least they knew about the condition. This woman also has decided to go to the online world instead of the doctors.
Ever since I was 17 or so I get extreme cramping pain in my uterine area after
I orgasm. (And if I'm having a really bad "pain" day, it'll also happen after
I poop, or within a few minutes of starting to exercise.)
It feels like period cramps but 10x worse, and it'll make me sick to my
stomach and I'll be rolling around on the floor crying. I have no idea why,
but I can sort of control it through diet. If I eat super low-inflammation
(no restaurant food, or fast food/takeout, and very limited sweets) the
problem almost entirely goes away.
Does anyone else have this? I kind of gave up trying to figure out what i
t was about 10 years ago after many doctors were totally stumped and
a jerk doctor eventually told me I just needed psychotherapy.
But 10 years later I figured maybe I'd give Reddit a try lol.
I did end up developing a LOT of fibroids in my 20s,
but I'm not sure they're the root cause because they didn't show up
until about 10 years after my symptoms started--when I first started
having this pain an ultrasound came back totally clear. I'm wondering if
I might have endometriosis or something in addition to fibroids...
She has a hint that she got fibroids. Which are these white circles happening in the uterus. This is happening right after she orgams so something is triggering it and it’s connected into her gut. Lots of nerves connect between the uterus and the gut.
After a bit of sifting through papers I found this case report.
This report showed that upon orgasm the pain was extreme meaning it was a probable nerve connected to the clitoris. They found the hyperglastic nerve highlighted in yellow is connected.
What’s odd is that they performed to remove the peritoneum and underlying fascia the vaginal layer can be used to help relieve the pain.
This work was proven with Duckelmann:
I wonder if there is a drug to reduce this but also I have seen oral hormone therapy taking a play in this condition for women as treatment
Something to explore later on as a chemical replacement.
