Yeah, he/she did raise a good point. I guess looking back at this article - it might serve as an argument against the filters. Or a need for improvement.

If I had to really think about it. I would probably incorporate a look at the characteristics of the this chemical set and evaluate what common trends do these have that perhaps warranted them to not pass. Maybe there is some commonality in the functional groups?
